The Will Call Ballot Replacement Service starts Oct. 22 for the November 3, 2026 General Election.

All voters for the November 3, 2026 General Election should have received their ballots by Oct. 22. If you have not received a ballot by mail delivery Oct. 22, please use this form below to request a replacement ballot. Please call Clackamas County Elections at 503-655-8510 if you have questions.

You can pick up your ballot during business hours in Oregon City or Happy Valley:
